       Oceana remains to this day to be one of the best restaurants in NY to dine on exquisite seafood. Under Celebrity Chef Rick Moonen I was able to develop my basic skills while increasing my understanding of the competitive NYC food industry. While constantly striving to reach the apex of the industry Chef Moonen would consistently drive all of our abilities and challenge us to excel. At Oceana my responsibilities included preparation and presentation of all Garde Manger items.
