The View Restaurant

      With several international as well as local accolades, The View is considered the destination restaurant of the NY Marriott Marquis. The View is comprised of 2 levels, a full service fine dining restaurant and a more casual cocktail lounge that offers not only a dinner buffet but also a charcuterie and dessert buffet.  During our busiest times it would not be unusual to see upwards of 1500 guests visiting the entire complex. The View remains one of the highest grossing restaurant in all of Marriott. My responsibilities were for all day to day operations of both the culinary and stewarding departments.
