The Loeb Boathouse in Central Park

     While averaging almost 5000 guests per week this restaurant continues to be one of the hidden gems of NYC.  With a spectacular location that has been used in multiple movies it is no wonder why the Boathouse has remained popular for so many years. While at the Boathouse my responsibilities included expediting, ordering, daily specials and quality control. Other responsibilities included supervising the fast food area and overseeing the maintenance of the public areas around the restaurant. The Boathouse is comprised of an outdoor grill, fast food counter and a fine dining restaurant.
