One if By Land is a NYC landmark restaurant often heralded as NY's most romantic restaurant. With multiple awards for its food and décor, One if By Land has managed to maintain its standards in a very competitive NY food market for over 30 years. I started at One if By Land early on in my career and was able to progress to Executive Sous Chef. Working with 3 separate Executive Chefs provided me exposure to each of their varied styles and techniques. With an ever changing menu that varied from traditional to modern and innovative it afforded me the opportunity to round out my culinary skills.
